If you are a landlord along the Bathurst Street corridor, you can help the community by participating in the innovative Jewish Community Affordable Rental Program (JCARP).  Participation is easy.  By providing just a few units at more affordable rent levels, you can substantially increase the availability of housing for those in need.  The program guarantees assured rental income, reduced vacancies, and a stable cash flow. Annual increases within rent control guidelines are permitted.  The tenancy is governed under The Residential Tenancies Act (2007). 
Participation in JCARP allows the unique opportunity to assist people in need of affordable housing.  This program helps families afford to live within the Jewish community.
