Opened in 1993 at 262 Ridley Boulevard
111 units range between one and three bedrooms with a high proportion designed for seniors and those who are physically challenged.
525 Lawrence Avenue West
In 2013, Kehilla acquired this 133-unit building, located at Lawrence and Bathurst
Moshav Orr is home to families, seniors and those with physical challenges.

Habayit Shelanu Seniors Residences
Habayit Shelanu is an example of Kehilla’s tradition of creative inventive community partnerships in housing.
Developed in partnership with Circle of Care, this 59-unit project was conceived to meet the needs of Jewish seniors in downtown Toronto.
Opened in the spring of 1995, Habayit Shelanu provides a setting for independent living, planned to enable aging in place.
Kehilla resumed the property management of Habayit Shelanu in October 2014.

Acquired through a City Council/Developer/City negotiation.
Rented to clients of our partner social service agencies at affordable rents.
