The Buildings
Kehilla is a non-profit housing agency with a mandate to identify and champion affordable housing initiatives responsive to the needs of the Jewish community in the GTA.
We work to ensure that government-housing programs are accessed to meet the ongoing needs of the Jewish community. Kehilla has developed three successful projects: Mutually Assisting Residential Community (Project MARC), The Avenel, and Moshav Orr. Each building offers a mix of affordable market and Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) units.
A place to call home for everyone including seniors, families, and those with physical, mental health and developmental challenges.
